■Regarding the securing of all areas within the venue, such as viewing spaces, shaded areas, and rest areas
- 1. The use of leisure sheets is allowed only in the West Area, but please limit it to approximately 60cm wide by 70cm long per person as a guideline.
- 2. If items are left unattended for a long time, they may be considered as "reserved space" and may be removed.
- * Please remove your leisure sheets and other items each time you leave the area.
- * Reservations for locations that span multiple days cannot be made.
We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, or loss of items due to removal.
- 3. We will immediately remove any reserved spaces using duct tape, craft tape, or vinyl string.
- * If this reservation causes damage to other customers' clothing or the paint on the viewing seats, we may charge you for the actual costs incurred.
■Regarding the installation of support banners and the use of support flags
- 1. Support banners cannot be attached to railings or similar structures. Please install them in locations that do not obstruct the view of other guests, such as the top row of the stands or under the front row fence.
- 2. If the staff determines that the size of the support banner is too large, we may refuse its installation or remove it.
- 3. In the following cases, we may remove it.
- ・If there are URLs, corporate logos unrelated to F1, or any other expressions deemed inappropriate
- ・In case of strong winds, ambiguous installation, or other reasons deemed dangerous
- In cases where it may disturb other customers (such as blocking airflow, being unsightly, causing discomfort, etc.)
We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, or loss of items associated with removal.
■About Items Brought In
- The following items are prohibited from being brought into and used within the venue.
- Tent, Parasol
- * In case of rain, please watch the event wearing a raincoat or poncho. Using an umbrella may obstruct the view of other guests and can cause injuries or accidents due to contact during crowded times, so please refrain from using them in the spectator seats, during the Pit Walk, or at other events on the course.
- Please refrain from using parasols in the spectator seats.
■About the Use of Cameras and Photography Equipment
- 1. Cameras and camcorders with a total length of 26cm or more (including the lens, lens hood, and camera body) are prohibited in all spectator seats and area seats, except for the photographer area. If zooming results in a length of 26cm or more, please use without zooming.
- On Friday only, in the free seating areas other than V1 and V2, cameras longer than 26cm may be used as long as they do not disturb other customers. However, usage may be prohibited depending on the situation.
*Even within the available areas, please ensure that you thoroughly check the surrounding environment before use.
- 3. Please be careful not to disturb those around you, even if your camera is less than 26cm in length.
- 4. Please refrain from using "selfie sticks" and similar items in the audience area and crowded places, as they may obstruct views and pose safety concerns.
