Available exclusively at the SUZUKA CIRCUIT official online shop "MobilityStation".
There are no sales at the SUZUKA CIRCUIT ticket office, by phone, or at convenience stores and ticket agencies.

Please use the Seven-Eleven store ticket issuance for the pickup method and the Seven-Eleven store payment for the payment method. Cash and electronic money "nanaco" (no points will be awarded) are available.
If you need a receipt that complies with the invoice system, please use credit card payment.
If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, the "ticket payment receipt" you receive at the store will serve as your receipt. No receipts other than the "ticket payment receipt" can be issued, so thank you for your understanding.
You can choose between credit card payment and payment at Seven-Eleven stores.
Accepted Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* If you are using a debit card, prepaid card, or a credit card issued overseas, you may not be able to register the card.
We cannot provide an answer to which cards can be registered, as it is determined by each card company and payment processing service.
For payments at Seven-Eleven stores, cash, electronic money "nanaco" (no points will be awarded), and credit cards are accepted.
If you pay by credit card at Mobility Station, you will receive an electronic ticket. If you pay at a Seven-Eleven store, you will receive it at the store at the same time as your payment.
You can check your electronic tickets by tapping My Tickets > Viewing Tickets and Parking Tickets from the MENU while logged into MobilityStation.
In the case of ticket issuance at a Seven-Eleven store, there will be a payment deadline and a payment slip number.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or returned for any reason.

A ticket is required for spectators aged 3 and older. Children under 2 years old can watch while sitting on a parent's lap. If a seat is needed, you will need to purchase a ticket. If purchased simultaneously while in stock, the seats will be adjacent.
If you receive your tickets electronically, you can change your age from MENU > My Tickets at MobilityStation.
Tickets purchased at the Seven-Eleven ticket counter cannot be changed at all. Please note that there will be no price difference adjustments at the gate.
Changes from adult tickets to children's tickets are not allowed.

There are no tickets available for viewing only on the qualifying day. Please purchase various reserved seat tickets or area tickets that allow viewing for all three days.
There is no exchange for viewing tickets. Please do not forget to bring the tickets you received when entering.
*In case of loss or forgetfulness, you cannot enter with your purchase history.
Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
Please keep your valuable tickets safe until race day, and be sure to bring them with you on the day so you don't forget.
Reserved seat tickets and area tickets come with a park passport valid from April 3 (Thu) to April 6 (Sun), so it is not needed.
Please come to each attraction boarding area from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun). No presentation of tickets or other documents is required.
Please present your viewing ticket to the staff at each attraction on April 3 (Thu).
During the F1 event period, it cannot be used due to exclusion dates. Please purchase a ticket for viewing. (There will also be no sales of the one-day park passport during the F1 event period.)

This is a ticket with benefits for amateur photographers. You can freely enter and exit the designated area during the event. Additionally, the use of large telephoto lenses, which is restricted in general seating, is allowed.
Please use large telephoto lenses only in the designated photographer's shooting area, and ensure they do not obstruct the view or movement of other guests.
Except for the photographer area, photography within each viewing area must be done with cameras that are less than 26cm in length. (Cameras 26cm or longer are not allowed)
* On Friday, free seating areas other than V1 and V2 can be used within a range that does not disturb other customers, but depending on the situation, usage may be prohibited.
Seats that are somewhat obstructed by structures such as handrails, utility poles, and course marshal posts, as well as the Super Outlet seats, have an even wider range of visibility obstruction. We have published samples of the view on our website, so please check them before making a purchase.
There are no general sales for Paddock Passes for the FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX. (There are also no sales for the Inner Track Fan Area Pass.)
This ticket is valid for areas G (overpass side), J, L, M, N (Spoon Curve), O, and P (130R), allowing you to freely choose your viewing points according to the racing scenes and enjoy the experience. Please note that there are no individual seats available in the west area.
On Friday only, V1 and V2, photographer exclusive shooting area, GRAN VIEW seats, R-BOX, S-BOX, VIP SUITE, and except for Formula 1 Paddock Club™, all other areas are general admission, so you can also watch from the East Course area.
Customers with reserved seat tickets can also enter and watch in the West Area. Customers with West Area tickets can enter through all admission gates, but the viewing area is limited to the areas mentioned above.
On Saturdays and Sundays, viewing in the East Course area is not allowed with a West Area ticket. To prevent congestion, privacy screens will be installed behind reserved seats and in aisles, so thank you for your understanding.
