Qualifying awards 3, 2, and 1 point to the top 3. The title battle starts even before the race. Keep an eye on the morning qualifying sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.
Why Is There a "0.5pt"?
The season opener did not reach 75% of the scheduled distance, so the final race awarded half points. That’s why driver Iwasa has 59.5 points. The half point may remain until the very end.
If tied, the number of high-score finishes matters
If the final points are the same, rankings are decided by who has more high-score finishes. It’s not just a simple total.
Mathematically, 13 Drivers Still Have a Chance at the Title
