■Sales Counter: Mobility Station (Online Shop)

  • If you are using Mobility Station for the first time, please register as a member in advance.
  • Please purchase tickets based on the age you will be on the date of the final race for the event you are buying tickets for. (For those with specific age requirements, please check the applicable age before applying.)
  • It will be an electronic ticket or a ticket issued at Seven-Eleven. There are no delivery tickets.
  • The availability may change due to ticket upgrades or modifications.
    There is also a possibility that it is listed for resale.
    Please check the latest inventory status at MobilityStation.
  • Regarding the issuance of receipts, receipts can only be issued for credit card payments through the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" mark in the upper right corner of My Ticket on MobilityStation. If you require an invoice-compatible receipt, please use credit card payment.
    * To prevent duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts outside of the purchase details screen in My Tickets.
    * If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, no receipts other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" issued at the store can be issued.
    * Issued for each order. Splitting or combining orders is not possible.

Tickets at the advance sale price will be available until March 7 (Fri) at 23:59, and from March 8 (Sat) at 00:00, tickets will be sold at the day-of price.
*If tickets are sold out in advance, there will be no sales of tickets on the day of the event.
Regarding the sale of same-day tickets *The price will switch to the same-day rate from March 8 (Sat) 0:00.

■Fee List

● Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment

A fee will be incurred when issuing and paying at the Seven-Eleven store.
In-store payment fee 260yen / per transaction (only for in-store payments. No fee applies if paid by credit card in the online shop)
Issuance fee 130yen / per ticket (this fee applies even if paid by credit card in the online shop)
*If you select payment at a Seven-Eleven store, please complete the payment process within the payment deadline.
Please check the deadline in your My Tickets or purchase confirmation email. Applications will be invalid after the deadline.

●Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)

There is an upgrade fee for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, the fee will be "500yen."

●Age Category Change (Electronic Tickets Only)

Changes to the age category are only possible for adults if it is within the validity period and unused.
A balance adjustment is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes for children and U23 are not allowed.)

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (points will not be earned), and credit cards are accepted.

Please be aware that there is a deadline for payment. If payment is not made by the deadline, it will be canceled.
Please check the purchase confirmation email and My Tickets for the deadline details.
* If you purchase more than 20 tickets at once, or if the total payment amount exceeds 300,000 yen, you cannot choose to issue or pay at the store.

Purchasing tickets from sources other than the official outlets (such as MobilityStation and dealers authorized by Honda Mobilityland Corporation) may expose you to the risk of crime or trouble, so please be cautious.
