Details and Precautions *Please be sure to read before purchasing tickets
- Sales, resale, and purchase of VIP Suite Premium tickets are available until Saturday, October 18, 11:59 PM. Sales of dedicated parking tickets are available until Friday, October 24, 10:59 PM.
- Upon your first entry, please present your ticket (electronic or paper) to enter, and you will exchange it for a plastic pass at the VIP SUITE 1F.
- For those in the 4th floor seats, please take the elevator from the entrance (1st floor) to the 5th floor, and then use the stairs in each room to go down to the 4th floor.
- There are times when the setting sun can be blinding and hard to see, so we recommend using hats, sunglasses, and other measures for sun and UV protection.
- When using the dedicated parking lot, please present the QR code (electronic ticket) upon your first visit to exchange it for a parking ticket. For subsequent visits, please show your parking ticket for entry and exit.
- Paid for ages 3 and up. (Benefits such as drinks and meals are the same as for adults)
- There may be areas that are not available for use due to private rentals or event usage.
- Food and drinks cannot be brought into the VIP Suite Premium (4th and 5th floors). Please use the VIP Suite Terrace (3rd floor).
- Entry to the grid walk is not permitted for guests under 3 years old. Additionally, guests aged 3 and older, but below junior high school age, must be accompanied by an adult (junior high school students and older) (entry with strollers is also not allowed).
- During the grid walk, please be very careful about safety and behavior. Children in lower elementary school grades and below must be accompanied by an adult (junior high school students and older) at all times. Children in upper elementary school grades and above should be supervised by an adult (junior high school students and older) without losing sight of them.
