Ticket sales

There are two types of sales counters.

■Sales Counter: MOBILITY STATION (Online Shop)

  • If you are using Mobility Station for the first time, please register as a member in advance.
  • Please purchase tickets based on the age you will be on the date of the final race for the event you are buying tickets for. (For those with specific age requirements, please check the applicable age before applying.)
  • It will be an electronic ticket or a ticket issued at Seven-Eleven. There are no delivery tickets.
  • The availability may change due to ticket upgrades or modifications.
    There is also a possibility that it is listed for resale.
    Please check MobilityStation for the latest inventory status.
  • Regarding the issuance of receipts, receipts can only be issued for credit card payments through the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" mark in the upper right corner of My Ticket on MobilityStation. If you require an invoice-compatible receipt, please use credit card payment.
* To prevent duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts outside of the purchase details screen in My Tickets.
* If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, no receipts other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" issued at the store can be issued.
* Issued for each order. Splitting or combining orders is not possible.

Sales Start Date and Time

Sunday, August 31, 11:00 AM - All seat types go on sale
* Race viewing tickets are sold only through MobilityStation.
* Seat selection for reserved seats is available from the start of sales.
Ticket sales end date and time: The sales end date varies depending on the seat type.
  • Until 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 18 (including resale service)
    VIP Suite Premium / Hospitality LOUNGE (with lunch)
     
  • Until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 23 (including resale service)
    Hospitality LOUNGE (without lunch) / Hospitality Club Private / Panorama Room / Panorama Terrace / R-BOX / GRAN VIEW / S-BOX
     
  • Until 10:59 p.m. on Friday, October 24 (including resale service)
    Parking Ticket
     
  • Until 15 minutes after the start of the Pit Walk on Saturday, October 25 Pit Walk Pass (Saturday)
     
  • Until the end of the MFJ GP final race on Sunday, October 26 Spectator ticket (non-reserved seats) / V2 Area Spectator Ticket / V2 Wheelchair Area Spectator Ticket / Paddock Pass
     
  • Until 15 minutes after the start of the Pit Walk on Sunday, October 26 Pit Walk Pass (Sunday)
 
*Advance sale prices are available until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 24. From Saturday, October 25 to Sunday, October 26, tickets will be sold at the same-day price.
*If tickets are sold out in advance, there will be no sales of tickets on the day of the event.

Fee List

● Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
A fee will be incurred when purchasing and paying at the Seven-Eleven store.
In-store payment fee 260yen / per transaction (only for in-store payments. No fee applies if paid by credit card in the online shop)
Issuance fee 130yen / per ticket (this fee applies even if paid by credit card in the online shop)
*If you select payment at a Seven-Eleven store, please complete the payment process within the payment deadline.
Please check the deadline in your My Tickets or purchase confirmation email. Applications will be invalid after the deadline.

●Seat Change (Electronic Tickets Only)
Except for group seats and some tickets, tickets with an adult price equal to or higher can have their seat location changed or be upgraded.
The fee for each ticket is the difference before and after the change or upgrade, and if the difference is 0yen, a handling fee of "500yen" is required.
For child and infant fares, if the upgrade results in a difference of less than 0yen, neither the handling fee nor the difference will be refunded.

● Age Category Change (Electronic Tickets Only)
Changes to the age category are only possible for adults if it is within the validity period and unused.
A balance adjustment is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to infant, child, or U23 tickets are not allowed.)

●Resale (Electronic Tickets Only)

Accepted Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* If you are using a debit card, prepaid card, or a credit card issued overseas, you may not be able to register the card. Whether a card can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot provide an answer even if you inquire.

● Seven-Eleven Store Payment
Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (points will not be earned), and credit cards are accepted.
For payment and collection methods, please check the Seven Ticket User Guide.
If you purchase more than 20 tickets at once, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store ticket issuance or payment.

■Sales Outlet: Asoview! (Online Shop)

About Same-Day Ticket Sales
From 12:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, sales will switch to the same-day price.
Tickets can be purchased on Asoview! until 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 26.

・Special Passports cannot be upgraded. If you wish to reserve a seat, please use MobilityStation.
