Recruiting general owners' meetings at the MFJ GRAND PRIX!
Line up your bikes at GP Square and enjoy an owners' meeting in a special place while watching the race!
Includes a backstage tour attended by staff, allowing you to experience the behind-the-scenes of the race that you normally cannot see.

Date and Time

Sunday, October 26
Entry / 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Backstage Tour / 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. *For those who wish to participate only
Mid-event Exit Time / 1:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. *For those who wish to participate only
Exit / 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Owner's Meeting Special Space inside GP Square
Fees

Up to 20 people: 100,000yen
For each additional person over 21, 5,000yen
A 10% advance payment of the participation fee is required at the time of application.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Application Requirements
- Motorcycles with license plates that can be ridden on public roads
- Groups of 20 or more motorcycles of the same manufacturer/model (differences in displacement or type are allowed)
Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after confirming your reservation, the advance payment (10% of the participation fee) is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Information and Precautions (Please be sure to check)

The venue is a shared space with other owners' meeting groups. Please refrain from exclusive use of the space.
Vehicles without license plates cannot be brought in.
Only vehicles that can be driven to the venue under their own power are allowed. Loading onto cargo vehicles and transporting to the venue is not permitted.
Please refrain from bringing or using loud items such as CD radios and Bluetooth speakers.
If the above content is not followed or if groups do not comply with staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
