  Up to 2 people per site *Limited to 120 groups

  1 site: 14,000yen (tax included)

  * An additional MFJ Grand Prix viewing ticket is required (including companions)

• Section

  1 site W3m × D approximately 4.5m
  Available for the first 70 groups in the order of ticket purchase, starting from the Le Mans-style grid position 1.

  * The grid number will be provided at the reception on the day of the event.

• Parking

  Up to 2 motorcycles are allowed per site

  * Participation by car is not allowed

• Access

  Parking Space at Check-in: Inside GP Square (Blue Pin on the Map)
  Please turn right before the Motorsports Gate and enter through the black gate.
  Please follow the staff's instructions when parking.
  
  Check-in Reception Venue: Traffic Education Center 2F Counter (Red Pin on Map)
  Please come after parking your bike at GP Square.

Information and Precautions (Please be sure to check)

• Sales and resale listings for the Le Mans-style camping will be available until October 25 (Fri) at 23:59. <Updated 10/21>
• Participation by car is not allowed.
• Please set up tents, tarps, and other equipment to fit within your designated space.
• There are no services such as rental equipment or food sales. Please prepare on your own.
• Only single burner type devices are allowed for use regarding fire. Cooking over an open flame, charcoal, campfires, and other fire devices that produce sparks are prohibited due to the risk of ignition. Additionally, the use of fire is strictly prohibited in the pit area, pit road, and paddock. Please use it only around the tent.
• There is no power supply available on the site. Additionally, the bringing in and use of generators is prohibited.
• Please refrain from bringing or using loud items such as CD radios and Bluetooth speakers.
• The course lighting will be completely turned off at 10:00 PM. Since there are many guests who will be sleeping, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping the noise down. After the lighting off time, during the night to early morning hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), idling and moving motorcycles with the engine running are strictly prohibited. If you are outside for shopping, dining, or bathing, please make sure to return by 9:50 PM. Thank you for your cooperation.
• If the above conditions are not met, you may be asked to leave, so thank you for your understanding.
• Please make sure to secure the tent so that it does not get blown away by strong winds. If the facility is damaged, you may be charged for repair costs.
• Please take your trash home with you or dispose of it in the designated trash area.
• Please ensure that the site used is restored to its original condition. If this is not followed, the safety of the course cannot be guaranteed, which will affect subsequent course runs, so we appreciate your cooperation.
• In the event of a disaster or emergency, please evacuate following the guidance of the staff.
• Please take your valuables with you when leaving the site.

• After purchasing tickets, refunds due to changes or cancellations for customer convenience cannot be made, so thank you for your understanding.
• If it is determined that ensuring the safety of our customers is difficult due to inclement weather, the event will be canceled.
