SMSC Membership Information

This is the online procedure from the official web page of SUZUKA CIRCUIT and Mobility Resort Motegi.

• 1. Please log in from the My Page of the SMSC/MCoM official website member menu.

  Account: The email address you registered
  Password: The password you set yourself
• 2. After logging in, please proceed with the procedures from "Click here for update procedures" on the displayed page.

How to Renew Expired License Holders

If the validity period has expired, it will be treated as a leave of absence for 3 years, and after 3 years, it will be treated as a new membership.
Example: The renewal deadline for a license valid until February 28, 2021 (Sun) is February 28, 2024 (Wed).

The update process will be done online. An email address is required as your login account.
If you have not registered your email address, please contact the office for the updated license.

Regarding the Submission of the Minor's Pledge and Consent Form

Minors (under 18 years old) are required to submit a pledge and consent form. Please submit a seal registration certificate of the guardian (parent or legal guardian) issued within the last three months.
Please submit to the office for the updated license.

About Medical Check

If there are any changes in your health status from the time of membership, please be sure to report it through the online medical check.

• If the membership expires, it will be treated as a temporary suspension, and if the renewal procedure is not completed within the three years of the suspension, it will be automatically canceled.
• Online renewal applications can be made at any time, but please note that it may take some time to complete the process. Thank you for your understanding.
• The license is valid for one year.
