Other Information and Notices

Sales Period

・Sales and resale listings and purchases are available until Saturday, April 11, 11:59 PM, and sales of reserved parking lots are available until Friday, April 17, 10:59 PM.
 

Grid Walk

・Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter. Additionally, children aged 3 and older up to junior high school students must be accompanied by an adult (high school student or older) (entry with strollers, etc. is also not permitted).
・During the grid walk, please pay close attention to safety and behavior. Children in lower elementary grades or younger must hold hands with an adult (high school student or older) at all times. Children in upper elementary grades or older must be supervised closely by an adult (high school student or older) without being left unattended.
 

Usage Information

・Admission fee applies for ages 3 and up (benefits such as drinks and meals are the same as for adults)
・For those seated on the 4th floor, please take the elevator from the entrance (1st floor) to the 5th floor, then use the stairs in each room to go down to the 4th floor.
・There are times when the setting sun is dazzling and makes viewing difficult, so we recommend using hats, sunglasses, etc. for sun and UV protection.
・There may be areas that are unavailable due to private bookings or event use.
・Bringing food and drinks into the VIP Suite Premium (4th and 5th floors) is not allowed. Please use the VIP Suite Terrace (3rd floor).
・There is no smoking area inside the VIP Suite. Please use the smoking area under the Grandstand. (The 5th-floor smoking area has been closed.)
