User Guide

Prohibited to bring in and use

Use of Sun Oil, Shampoo, and Body Soap
No shoes allowed in the poolside locker building

Prohibited items: flammable materials, hazardous substances, bottles, cans, snorkels, fins, and paddles.
Swimming with diapers. However, swimming with swim diapers is allowed.

Precautions

Customers with tattoos or body art, including stickers, are not permitted to enter or use the facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Person with tattoos (including non-permanent body stickers and body paint) are NOT ALLOWED to enter the Aqua Adventure (water park)

Please use tents, parasols, tables, and chairs in the designated "Free Tent Area."
Please refrain from bringing items that may obstruct the passage of other customers.
There is a break time every hour at the pool.
Please do not run by the poolside.
No food or drinks are allowed in the pool.
Please wear a swimsuit for swimming.
You may also swim while wearing a T-shirt, but for water quality management, please ensure that you have a clean T-shirt. Please be aware that it may discolor due to chlorine.
At the poolside, you can use sandals, water shoes, and other items (that are not typically used outdoors).
*The poolside will have elevated floor temperatures during the day. We recommend wearing footwear.
Diving is prohibited in the pool.
Please refrain from entering if you are inebriated or feeling unwell.
Please smoke in designated areas.
Swimming may be temporarily suspended due to inclement weather (thunderstorms).
If you engage in violent behavior or actions that disturb other customers, you will be asked to leave.
There is no prohibition on camera photography, but it is limited to your family and companions. If you are filming for an extended period, we may ask you to stop.
Please refrain from taking photos that may cause discomfort to other guests.
Wheelchairs can be used at the poolside if the tires are cleaned. However, they cannot be used inside the locker building. Please change at the locations and in the manner described below.
- Locker building (changing room) usage: Requires self-walking or support from an attendant.
- Near the Adventure Baby area, use the multi-purpose restroom: self-walking or support from an attendant is required.

Pool Admission Ticket・Entry

Where can I buy advance tickets?

You can purchase tickets on the day of use until 14:59 via "Asoview! (Electronic Ticket)".

I purchased a web ticket, but the weather doesn't seem good, so I would like to cancel.

WEB tickets purchased via "Asoview! (Electronic Ticket)" can be canceled up to the deadlines below.
Pool tickets and park passports with pool access: until 2:59 p.m. on the day of use Paid rest space: until 11:59 p.m. the day before use

Cancellations and refunds not mentioned above will only be accepted if the operation of the WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE is suspended due to weather conditions.

Even if you are not swimming, do you need to purchase a pool admission ticket if you want to go to the poolside?

Customers who do not swim also need a pool admission ticket to enter the WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE area.

Can I enter the pool with a reservation for the rest space only?

The reservation and fee for the rest space do not include the pool admission fee. A separate pool admission ticket is required.

Can I re-enter the pool area?

On the day of the event, this is only possible during pool hours. If you wish to re-enter, please inform the Pool Gate staff when exiting the pool area.

For those with small children

Can I get hot water for milk in the pool area?: Available at "Batto's Hungry Kitchen" next to Adventure Mountain.
Are allergy-friendly meals available on-site?: Available at the "Putti Town Kitchen" in the park.
Please note that allergy-friendly meals can be brought in from outside the park.
Is it okay to enter the pool with a diaper?: Swimming in regular diapers is not allowed. Please use swim-specific pants.
Is there a sale of swim diapers for water play in the pool area?: Available for purchase at the Adven Beach Side Shop.

Swimming and Items Allowed

What is the depth of the pool?: It varies depending on the type and location of the pool.Click here for details.
Is it possible to enter the water in a T-shirt?: It is possible to swim while wearing a T-shirt. In that case, please ensure that you have a clean T-shirt.
Please be aware that there is a possibility of discoloration due to chlorine in the pool. Thank you for your understanding.
What items are not allowed in the pool area?: Glass products (excluding glasses), tents with a width or depth of 2 meters or more, flammable items, other hazardous materials, and bottles or cans are not allowed.
Are there any items that cannot be used while swimming?: Snorkels, fins, and paddles cannot be used for safety reasons. Please refrain from using sunscreen, shampoo, and body soap.
Is there a size limit for the floatation ring?: There are no size restrictions for floaties. However, for boat-type floaties, paddles cannot be used for safety reasons.
Is it possible to enter the pool while wearing water shoes?: Wearing water shoes while entering the water is generally prohibited.
However, if necessary due to injury, it is possible to enter the water wearing only the foot on the injured side.

Free Tent Area

Where is the free tent area?: There are three locations: at the back of Adventure River, south side of the Adventure Drive boarding area, and at the back of Forest BOX.
Can I set up a tent outside of the free tent area?: For safety reasons, this is only allowed in the free tent area.
Are there any size restrictions for the tents?: Please keep each tent within 2m in both width and length.
Is it possible to drive in tent stakes and other fixtures into the ground of the free tent area?: The ground is made of concrete, and it is not possible to drive in fixtures or similar items. Please take measures to prevent your belongings from being blown away by the wind.
Are there any free rest areas other than the free tent area?: Space is limited, but there are some fixed umbrellas installed by the poolside.

Rental

What is available for rent?: Inflatable ring (600yen), bath towel (500yen), air pump (free, not portable) are available.
Where can I rent?: You can inquire at the "Pool Information Center and Rental Reception" in the Adventure Mountain Area.
Are rentals available for swimsuits, goggles, and inflatable rings with foot openings?: We do not offer rentals, but they are available for purchase at the Adventure Mountain area "Adven Beach Side Shop."
Is there tent rental available?: We do not offer rentals. However, simple tents are available for purchase at the Adventure Mountain area "Adven Beach Side Shop."

Others

Is it okay to go to the park in a swimsuit?: Yes, it's fine to stay in your swimsuit.
What attractions can you enjoy while wearing a swimsuit?: You can ride in your swimsuit except for attractions with the following conditions.

Kids' Bike Training, Acro Bike, MOTO Fighter, Kart Attacker, Potagenne (only when using sliders)
Is it possible to bring a cooler box?: You can bring it in.
How far can you go in shoes or sandals?: The areas where you can move around in shoes are inside the pool, poolside (including paid rest areas), and outside the locker building.
Sandals can be used at the poolside and in the paid rest area.
Where can strollers and wheelchairs go?: You can bring strollers and wheelchairs to your own resting space.
No items may be brought into the poolside locker building.
Is there a smoking area?: There are three designated smoking areas.
Is there a dehydrator?: Two lockers are installed in the locker building. (Free)
Are there lockers for valuables (small lockers)?: There are none. There are lockers for luggage.
What cashless payment options are available in the pool?: The following cashless payment methods are available.
