How about celebrating your child's 3rd birthday
with a special plan stay?

This plan requires that the guests include a child who has turned 3 years old within one month of their birthday.

Please enter the birthday and name of the eligible 3-year-old child in the [Birthday Details of the Eligible 3-Year-Old Child] section under "Notes to the Facility" on the reservation information input screen.
This plan cannot be booked for less than 2 nights. If you wish to stay multiple nights, please make a reservation for each night separately.
If you are using this plan for one adult and one eligible 3-year-old child, please make your reservation as one adult and one elementary school student.
Reservations for this plan are accepted up to 8 days before your stay date.

Q I will stay with a plan other than this one. Can I add a special cake for an additional fee?
A This is a plan-exclusive benefit, so we cannot accept orders for special cakes only.
If you like, please consider ordering the regular Anniversary Cake (paid).
Q I have selected the special cake formula car.
Can I change it to just sponge since I have never given them chocolate?
A We apologize, but we cannot make changes.
Q I was planning to stay during the period that meets the accommodation conditions for the 3-year-old birthday special plan, but if I have to cancel due to my child's health issues and it falls outside the period, can I stay again with this plan?
A If you do not meet the birthday conditions for this plan, you will not be able to stay with this plan. Please consider other plans.
Q I have reserved 2 rooms. One room has a 3-year-old who is eligible. The other room has a 3-year-old who is not eligible. Can both rooms use this plan?
A Rooms without eligible children cannot be booked under this plan. For rooms without eligible children, please make a separate reservation with other plans such as the "Buffet 1 Night 2 Meals Plan."
Q I have reserved this plan. I would like to purchase tickets for the 3-year-old birthday debut invitation. By when and how should I purchase them?
A We have sent you the application information in the reservation confirmation email.
