Internet Reservation Terms of Use

• 1. When using this reservation system, customers are required to adhere to general internet etiquette, morals, and technical rules.
• 2. We strictly prohibit the use of this reservation system for profit-making purposes, regardless of the reason, including paid arrangement services.

• Customers who engage in acts that cause inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties, or acts that may disrupt our services, or any acts deemed inappropriate by our hotel may be refused use of our reservation system and our hotel.

• This reservation system is intended for those whose settings, such as text (displayed in Japanese) and email, are properly configured. The hotel will not be held responsible for any results or consequences arising from actions taken by those who do not meet this condition. Furthermore, even if the above conditions are met, the hotel will not be responsible for any impacts caused by factors beyond the hotel's control, such as all circumstances related to the customer's computer environment that may prevent this system from functioning correctly.

• Only customers who agree to these terms can use this reservation system.
  In addition, it is considered that you have agreed to these terms and conditions at the time your reservation is completed using this reservation system, and you will comply with these terms and conditions.

• Reservations for some of the products offered by our hotel can be made on the homepage operated by our hotel. This reservation system generally allows bookings to be made starting three days in advance, but this may vary depending on the product.
  Additionally, cancellations can be made up until the day of your reservation, but the cancellation fee will be in accordance with Article 10 "Cancellation Fee".

• When using reserved products, customers must comply with the accommodation terms and conditions and usage regulations established by our hotel.

• The services provided by this reservation system do not have an advantage over services provided through other channels (such as phone reservations or other hotel reservation handling windows) outside of our hotel website. Therefore, there may be cases where you are unable to make a reservation due to reasons such as being fully booked.

• 1. When using this reservation system, you are responsible for all actions taken by you and any actions taken through your email account, regardless of whether those actions were intentional or negligent. Additionally, except in cases of negligence on the part of the hotel, if you cause damage to a third party while using this reservation system, you will resolve any disputes with that third party at your own responsibility and expense.
• 2. If the user causes damage to the hotel or the reservation system due to any of the following actions, the hotel may claim compensation for all damages incurred from the user.
  (1) In the event of a violation of these terms of use, the accommodation agreement separately established by this system, or the usage regulations.
  (2) In the case of sending or writing harmful computer programs.
  (3) When information is sent or written by a third party.
  (4) If you use the hotel without permission for purposes other than your personal use.
  (5) If you engage in acts that violate other laws and regulations valid in Japan.

• Cancellations of reservations made using this reservation system can be done through this reservation system up until the day of your arrival, but penalties will be in accordance with Article 10 "Penalties."

• If your reservation is canceled for reasons that should be returned to you, we will charge a cancellation fee as stipulated in the SUZUKA CIRCUIT HOTEL accommodation terms. For more details, please contact the SUZUKA CIRCUIT reservation center by phone.

• 1. Please accurately enter the required personal data into the reservation application form for the desired product.
• 2. If there are any errors in the input of personal data on the reservation application form, your reservation may be invalid.
• 3. Please be careful to manage your personal password as a personal matter and ensure that it is not known to others.

• The operation of this reservation system or changes to its content may be made without prior notice to customers if the hotel deems it necessary. Please be sure to check these rules each time you use the service. Furthermore, after any changes to these rules, only the revised content will be valid, and the previous content will be invalid.

• Our hotel may temporarily suspend the use of our reservation system without prior notice or consent from the customer if any of the following applies.
• (1) When performing maintenance or upkeep of this reservation system.
• (2) In the event of a natural disaster, incident, or other emergency situation occurring or likely to occur, and if operations become difficult.
• (3) If our hotel determines that a temporary suspension of the reservation system is necessary for the operation of the hotel website and the reservation system, or for other reasons.

• The handling of this reservation system is subject to the valid laws of Japan.

• These regulations will be effective from April 1, 2003, Japan Standard Time.
