Cancellation Fee

In the event of a cancellation of your stay, we will charge a cancellation fee starting from the day before your stay, in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions.
From 3 days before the stay: 20% of the accommodation fee
On the day of the stay: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show: 100%

About Refunds

Refunds are not provided after your stay. For cancellations made before your stay, you will only be charged a cancellation fee based on the accommodation terms and conditions if a penalty applies.

Please pay a bathing tax of 150 yen per night for adults (junior high school students and older) only.
