Emergency Earthquake Alerts at SUZUKA CIRCUIT

  1. SUZUKA CIRCUIT will receive emergency earthquake alerts issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency in the event of a predicted large earthquake. We will inform customers of the estimated seismic intensity and the time available before strong shaking occurs. Please be aware that we may suspend the operation of attractions, races, and events.
  2. The earthquake alerts received on your mobile phone may differ from the alerts issued at SUZUKA CIRCUIT depending on the model and network conditions, so please follow the announcements from SUZUKA CIRCUIT and the instructions of the staff.

Request during an earthquake and evacuation

  1. Please protect yourself until the shaking stops.
  2. Please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff once the shaking has stopped.
  3. If you are exiting from the spectator seats or indoor facilities, please do so calmly and without haste, and evacuate to a safe area.

  1. In the event of an emergency earthquake alert, announcements will be made immediately via the public address system and by staff. Please ensure your safety promptly.
  2. If there is strong shaking, stay away from items that may fall, such as glass and lighting fixtures, and ensure your safety.

Exiting the Viewing Area

  1. After confirming the safety of the facility, please exit calmly through the nearest exit from the seating area.
  2. When leaving, please make sure to hold hands with small children and act in a way that prevents you from getting separated from your companions.
  3. When leaving, please assist any customers with children or those who are injured around you in evacuating.
