Return and exchange policy for products purchased at the SUZUKA CIRCUIT facility shop

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products purchased at SUZUKA CIRCUIT facilities if there is a manufacturing defect.
  Returns and exchanges due to customer circumstances are not accepted, so thank you for your understanding.
• Please be sure to have your receipt, which serves as proof of purchase, for returns and exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without a receipt. Additionally, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 8 days from the date of purchase.
• Depending on the availability of the product, exchanges may not be possible. In that case, we will process a refund.
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the products listed below.
  1. Used products, washed products, and products that have been damaged, scratched, soiled, or have odors due to customer use.
  2. Items not purchased within SUZUKA CIRCUIT facilities.
     For example, products purchased at other facilities or websites, products transferred or purchased from third parties, etc.
