About the Virtual Waiting Room
This is a system that allows you to wait in an online waiting room to prevent issues caused by congestion when accessing Mobility Station.
You can check the congestion status and estimated wait times.
If it is crowded when accessing Mobility Station, you will be guided to a virtual waiting room.
Please enable your browser's cookie settings.
The waiting room is not displayed.
* If you accessed the Mobility Station before 10:29, please refresh your browser page (clear cache data). If you do not refresh, the display may not switch immediately.
Please enable your browser's cookie settings when accessing Mobility Station. If disabled, the waiting list may not function properly.
Lottery Order
Those who access the Mobility Station between 10:30 and 10:59 will be eligible for a lottery for sales starting at 11:00.
When the ticket sales start, the order will be determined by a lottery, regardless of the type of seat purchased.
You will be able to access the site when your turn comes.
First come, first served
If you access the Mobility Station after 11:00, a virtual waiting area will be displayed.
For those who access after 11:00, guidance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis following the order determined by the lottery.
When it's your turn, please access MobilityStation from the button to move to the site.
The time may vary depending on the situation.
Please be aware of the fluctuations in wait times.
Please make your purchase within 30 minutes after access becomes available.
After 30 minutes, you will need to line up again. Please note that all ongoing tasks will need to be restarted at that time.
Also, if there is no access to the Mobility Station within 10 minutes of becoming accessible, you will need to line up again.
If all those who have been waiting are guided and the congestion is resolved, the virtual waiting room will not be displayed.
You can access Mobility Station directly.
