Reservation Information

◎Sales start date and time: Sales begin on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 14:00

  • ◎Sales target: Accommodation from March 23, 2026 (Mon) to March 29, 2026 (Sun)
  • ◎Reservation Method: First-come, first-served online booking (all sites)
    ※Reservations are required. No same-day sales available.
    ※Reservations are accepted online only. Please note that phone reservations are not available.
    ※Payment method is advance payment at the time of reservation (credit card / PayPay) only.
    * You may apply for up to 2 sites per person at one time.
    * Waiting list applications will be accepted only via the online application form starting from 14:00 on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

[Parking Information]

  • ◎ Parking for vehicles at each campsite is limited to one vehicle per site.
    (For motorcycles, up to 2 are allowed. Only at sites with power and water supply can up to 2 cars be parked.)
    If you come with more than 2 cars, parking inside the campground is not allowed, so please purchase advance parking tickets separately.

[Information Regarding Natural Hot Springs "THE SPA"]

  • During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA.
  • ◎The available hours are as follows.
    March 23 (Mon), March 24 (Tue)・・・2:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Last entry 9:30 PM)
    March 25 (Wed) to 29 (Sun)・・・5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Last entry 9:30 PM)
  • ◎Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are provided and available for free use.

*Please note that you cannot change the site type after your reservation is confirmed.

◇When making a reservation, please select March 27 (Fri) as the date. This will be a reservation for 3 nights starting on that date.

Information Regarding the Use of F1 Camp

◎From Friday, March 27 to Sunday, March 29, a separate ticket for the "2026 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race" is required for entry to SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK and race viewing.

  • ◎For customers with reservations, we will send the information guide and parking pass sequentially from early March. Please be sure to enter your mode of transportation and the number of vehicles at the time of reservation.
  • ◎First of all, when you arrive by car, please show your reservation screen to a staff member as you pass through the parking gate.
    After that, you will receive your "Parking Pass and Hotel Area Pass" at the camp reception desk on the day.
    *Please be sure to enter your mode of transportation and number of vehicles when making your reservation.
  • ◎After your campsite reservation is confirmed, please understand that cancellations and refunds for separately purchased advance parking tickets cannot be accepted.
  • ◎Site locations will be assigned in the order of check-in on the day. Please note that advance requests cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
    ※The check-in start time on the day (management office business hours) will be announced on the Family Camp Management Office Business Hours (PDF: 73KB) page as soon as it is decided.
  • ◎From March 25 (Wed) to 30 (Mon), entry to the adjacent hotel area is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
  • ◎There are no charging spaces or power sources for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery.
    * Please refrain from using power outlets in shared spaces such as the cooking area and restrooms.
  • ◎ If strong winds (wind speed of 5 m/s or more) are expected, for safety reasons, please refrain from setting up items like tarps that are easily affected by the wind.
    Also, if you leave your tarp or similar items set up during strong winds, please understand that they may be temporarily removed.
  • ◎Please refrain from making noise or idling engines during nighttime to early morning hours (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Also, please keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests.

Cancellation Fee Information

The cancellation fees for the period from March 23 (Mon) to March 29 (Sun) are as follows.

14 days ago to 8 days ago 20% of the accommodation fee
7 days ago to 4 days ago 50% of the accommodation fee
3 days ago to the day before 80% of the accommodation fee
