Reservation Information
◎Sales Date: Starting from October 12, 2024 (Sat) at 14:00
*For the period from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun), a separate viewing ticket for the 2025 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race is required for entry to SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK and race viewing.

  • ◎Sales Target: Accommodations from March 31, 2025 (Mon) to April 6, 2025 (Sun)
  • ◎Reservation Method: Accepting only via the internet on a first-come, first-served basis (all sites)
    *For online sales, only credit card payment (prepayment) is available.
    If the internet sales do not sell out, we will also accept orders by phone after March 1, 2025 (Sat).
    *You can apply for up to 2 sites per person for each application.
    Please note that the waiting list for cancellations of the 3-night, 4-day plan from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun) will be accepted only through the online application form starting from February 21, 2025 (Fri) at 10:00.

[Information Regarding Usage]

  • ◎The number of vehicles allowed to park at the campsite is limited to one vehicle per reservation. (For motorcycles, up to two vehicles are allowed.)
    If you are arriving with more than two vehicles, please purchase additional advance parking tickets for the second vehicle and beyond.
    * There will be no sales on the day.
  • During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA.
    Due to the F1 week, the available hours are as follows.
    　March 31 (Mon), April 1 (Tue) ... 14:30 - 22:00 (Last admission 21:30)
    April 2 (Wed) - 6 (Sun) ... 17:00 - 22:00 (Last admission 21:30)
    * We will lend you one admission key for "THE SPA" per site.
    * Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, body soap, and other amenities are provided and available for free use.
  • ◎There are no charging spaces or power sources for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery.
    Please refrain from using the power outlets in shared spaces such as the kitchen and restrooms.

Information Regarding the Use of F1 Camp

During the period from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun), a separate ticket for the "2025 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race" is required for entry to SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK and for watching the race.

  • * A lodging fee is required from age 3.
  • * Reservations are required. There will be no sales on the day, so thank you for your understanding.
  • * Customers with reservations will receive a guide and parking pass starting in mid-March. Please be sure to enter your mode of transportation and the number of vehicles when making your reservation.
  • * Once the sales limit is reached, we will accept reservations on a waitlist basis, but we will close reservations once a certain number is reached.
  • * The location of each site will be accepted in the order of reception on the day. Please note that prior specifications cannot be made, thank you for your understanding.
  • *1 reservation per site allows for one vehicle to be parked in the designated parking space within the campground. Vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked within the campground, so thank you for your understanding.
    Additionally, please purchase advance parking tickets. Also, for 2 wheels, you can park up to 2 vehicles per site. Only sites with power and water can accommodate up to 2 cars.

  • * Depending on the size of your vehicle, there may be a possibility that you cannot park in the designated parking space. Therefore, customers planning to visit with large vehicles such as campers (self-propelled or towed) are advised to consult at the time of reservation.
  • * Customers who make reservations online will have their reservations completed at the time of online payment.
  • *If you make a reservation by phone, your reservation will be completed once the usage fee has been transferred.
  • *Please note that the sales schedule and methods may change due to future social conditions or weather.
  • * Please note that access to the adjacent hotel area is restricted during the F1 event period. Thank you for your understanding.
  • * Please note that after the reservation for the campsite is confirmed, cancellations and refunds for separately purchased advance parking tickets cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding.
