  • Matsusaka Beef Roast Beef The rare cut of Matsusaka beef, "togarashi," is slowly cooked at low temperature. The chef's special sauce enhances the deliciousness.

  • Sushi We offer a variety of six types of sushi daily, featuring Mie Prefecture's sea bream, sea bass, Spanish mackerel, and spring bonito as the main ingredients. The skilled artisans' quick sushi-making performance right in front of you is also a highlight.

In addition to this menu, we have a variety of dishes that make abundant use of spring ingredients.

Access to Circuit Dining is via the lower "PDF route only".
After checking in at the entrance, we will provide you with a pass, so please proceed to the restaurant along the designated route.

For Those Coming by Car

Parking tickets are required for parking from April 4 (Fri) to April 6 (Sun).
Please be sure to check the operating hours as they vary depending on the advance parking lot.
There is no dedicated parking for the restaurant.

Only advance credit card payments will be accepted. Reservations will be closed once the capacity is reached.
