About On-Site Services

If you need assistance inside the venue or want information about the day's events, please come to the "Main Information Center" within SUZUKA CIRCUIT. Our staff will assist you.
Please see the Map of the venue for the location of the Main Information Center.

There is a first aid station next to the Main Gate inside SUZUKA CIRCUIT.
If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, please notify a nearby staff member.

Coin lockers are available for temporary storage of luggage and souvenirs. (No refrigeration function)
Fees: Large / 400yen, Medium / 300yen, Small / 200yen
Locations: In front of the Main Gate (outside), next to the Main Information Center, under the Grandstand, under the Rocky Coaster

*If suitcases or carry-on bags do not fit, there will be no temporary storage available. Thank you for your understanding.

You can check which credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases and at shops inside the venue here. (Please note that some temporary shops and restaurants may not accept credit cards, so be sure to confirm with the staff when using them.)

We have designated smoking areas to separate smoking and non-smoking zones within the venue and the Racing Course. Please smoke only in the "SMOKING Area" inside the venue. For the location of the SMOKING Area, please refer to the Map of the venue.

Currently, there is no charging service for mobile phones, smartphones, or cameras available on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.

There are none inside the venue.

You may bring them in. However, when consuming food and drinks, you cannot use seats in restaurants or other dining establishments. Also, for safety reasons, bottles, cans, aluminum items, etc. are not allowed inside the WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE area (open only in summer).
