I got lost in the park. Where can I ask if I have any questions?

If you have any issues within the park or need information about events on the day, please visit the "Main Information Center" within SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK. Our staff will assist you.

I started feeling unwell while playing in the park. Is there a place to rest?

There is a first aid station next to the Main Gate at SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK.
If you feel unwell while in the park, please speak to a nearby staff member.

Is there a place to check my luggage?

Coin lockers are available for temporary storage of luggage and souvenirs. (There is no refrigeration function)
Price: Large / 400yen, Medium / 300yen, Small / 200yen
Location: In front of the Main Gate (outside), next to the Main Information Center, under the Grandstand, in front of Batto's Power Crystal Hunt, under the Rocky Coaster

Can I use a credit card for shopping in the park?

You can check the credit cards that can be used for ticket purchases and at various shops in the park here. (Please note that some shops and restaurants, such as temporary sales outlets, may not accept them, so please confirm with the staff when using.)

Where can I smoke?

Smoking is implemented in the park and Racing Course. Please smoke in the "SMOKING Area" within the park. For the location of the SMOKING Area, please refer to the park map.

Is there a service to charge my smartphone?

Currently, we do not offer charging services for mobile phones, smartphones, and cameras within the park. Thank you for your understanding.

Are there any stores that sell batteries?

Available for purchase at the following stores.

Is re-entry allowed?

Please bring your valid admission ticket or park passport for the day and inform the staff at the Main Gate.
