Are there payment methods other than cash when purchasing admission tickets or park passports on-site?

I entered with an admission ticket but have not purchased a park passport. I want to use the attractions; where can I buy attraction tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the Clock Tower ticket booth, Hotel Gate, License Center, and License Center.
You can also directly pay the usage fees at each attraction using the payment methods listed below.

Is there an expiration date for attraction tickets?

There is no expiration date. If you are unable to use it all, you can use it during your next visit.
* The park passport is only valid for the day of purchase.

Can attraction tickets and park passports be refunded?

Refunds cannot be accepted.

One family member is thinking of purchasing a park passport. Is it impossible to share or reuse the park passport?

The park passport cannot be shared or reused.

I purchased an admission ticket and passport through "Asoview!" How do I enter the park?

Please come directly to the Main Gate and show the QR code screen of Asoview! to the gate staff.

Where can I purchase a child's Birthday Park Passport?

You can purchase it here.
* Eligible within one month from the child's birthday.

Is there anything I need to present when entering the park if I purchased with the birthday discount?

Please show the Asoview! (WEB ticket) QR code screen and the original ID that verifies your child's birthday (one of the child's health insurance card, maternal and child health handbook, My Number card, or resident certificate) to the staff.

Is the children's birthday discount applicable to accompanying family members as well?

Yes, it is applicable. Up to 5 people can use it, including eligible children up to junior high school age.

Can I purchase park passes and pool tickets at the hotel?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the hotel front desk. Please purchase WEB tickets or buy them at the Hotel Gate before entering the park.

I have a 2-year-old child. Is there a charge for children?

Children under 3 years old can enter for free and use attractions at no charge.

Can I ride the attractions with cash?

Cash payments are not accepted for rides. Please purchase a park passport or attraction tickets, or pay the usage fee at each attraction using one of the payment methods listed below.

Annual Passport

I applied for an annual passport on Asoview! When can I start picking it up?

You can pick it up starting one week after your application. Please come to the ticket booth under the clock tower.

Are there any blackout dates for the annual passport?

Excluded dates are major race days and facility inspection closure days. For details, please see here.

I have an annual passport purchased at the toddler rate. I will be an elementary school student starting in April; do I need to pay the difference?

You can continue to use it until the expiration date. We may ask to verify your age when using attractions, so please inform us verbally.

I purchased a passport. Can I switch it to an annual passport?

On the day of use, you can upgrade to an annual passport by paying the difference at the ticket booth under the clock tower during Park Opening Hours.
(The ticket price for WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE is not included in the deducted amount.)
