I am going to play with a 2-year-old child. Are there any attractions they can ride?

There are no attractions that can be ridden alone, but there are attractions that can be ridden if accompanied by a junior high school student or older.

It depends on age and height. For details, please check the Attraction Usage Conditions.

I am planning to visit on a day with a rain forecast. Are there any attractions that will not operate?

In cases of poor conditions due to rainfall or when thunderclouds approach, and it is unsafe to ride, operations may be temporarily or entirely suspended for the day.

My child has a disability and it is difficult for them to wait in line for a long time. Is there any way to accommodate this?

A representative can wait in line, and your party can join when your turn is approaching. If you have any questions, please ask a staff member.

I want to make a license card. Where can I get one made?

You can get it made at the License Center inside Pipira's MOTO FIELD or at the License Center inside Kochira's Putti Town.

Are there any rides that require a reservation to board?

The "Circuit Challenger" requires a complete web reservation system, so a Circuit Challenger ticket is necessary to ride.
Also, for the "Kart Attacker," advance web reservation is recommended. Tickets for the riding slots from opening until 12:40 can be reserved starting two weeks in advance. Tickets for riding slots after 13:00 can be reserved starting from 12:00 on the same day.
*The reservation start time may vary slightly.

I am currently pregnant. Are there any attractions I can ride?

Since individual differences exist, there are no usage restrictions based on pregnancy stages. Please check the attraction requirements and use them within a safe range.

When is the operating schedule updated?

The schedule for the following month is published on the 1st of every month. (Example: January 1 ⇒ Schedule published through the end of February)
* Due to the course schedule, there are days when we are closed.
* The publication date may change without notice.

Is it possible to make multiple reservations at once?

Yes, it is possible. However, due to the time required between the first drop-off and the next guidance, we cannot accept reservations for consecutive time slots.
* Although the system allows consecutive reservations, actual use is not guaranteed. Please note that refunds will not be provided for cases where you cannot ride due to your own circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

The Circuit Challenger WEB tickets were sold out and I couldn't purchase one. Can I buy one at the ticket window on the day?

You can purchase tickets if cancellations occur on the website. There is no sales at the ticket window on the day.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still purchase WEB tickets?

Please select another payment method such as PayPay or deferred payment.

Is the fee per person?

The fee is for one vehicle. If conditions are met, two or three people can ride together. For details, please check the Terms of Use.

From what age can you ride?

You can ride from the age of 2. For children aged 2 to preschool age, riding on the lap of the front passenger is allowed only if the driver is a junior high school student or older, or if the driver is a third grader or older and the front passenger is a junior high school student or older. Additionally, children in third grade or above can drive if accompanied by a guardian, and from fifth grade or above, they can drive alone.
* Children aged 0 to 1 year old cannot use this service.
* Guardians must be at least junior high school age.
* For overseas guests, since age and grade levels may differ from those in Japan, 3rd grade and above is considered 9 years old, 5th grade and above is considered 11 years old, and junior high school age and above is considered 13 years old.

If multiple people come to the park and want to ride the Circuit Challenger one by one, what should we do?

Please purchase a Circuit Challenger ticket for each person who will be riding.

Can you race on the Circuit Challenger?

Actions that cause inconvenience to other guests, such as crowding or blocking the path, are prohibited.

How fast does the Circuit Challenger go?

The top speed is 30 km/h.

How long does the Circuit Challenger take?

The duration is about 30 minutes (riding time: about 10 minutes, explanation and boarding guidance: about 20 minutes). It may vary depending on the situation.

I am worried whether my child's feet can reach the pedals.

The operation is completed near the steering wheel. Please rest assured that you do not need to use your feet. Also, there is no height restriction for the Circuit Challenger.

Is a driver's license required for the Circuit Challenger?

A driver's license is not required. It can be used alone by those in 5th grade or above.

Can I do a full lap?

Since it is a shortcut from the East Course, it covers about half a lap of the Racing Course (2.243 km).

If a child waits alone, will someone watch over them?

There is no waiting area. If your child is waiting, please have a guardian accompany them.

Is there same-day ticket sales?

If there are remaining reservation slots, same-day reservations are possible.

Can I ride wearing sandals or swimwear?

Yes, you can. Please be careful as the seat may be hot.

Is there a refund for being late or feeling unwell at the reserved time?

There are no refunds due to customer circumstances.

Is there a refund if canceled due to rain?

In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically about one month later, so no action is required from customers. Please check the notification email sent from the reservation site.

The reservation was completed without payment.

You may have reserved the "Kart Attacker," another attraction within the park. Please double-check whether the attraction you reserved is the "Circuit Challenger."

What should I do if I purchased a Circuit Challenger ticket but cannot make it on time or am unable to go?

Cancellations are possible until 23:58 the day before your scheduled use. For cancellations on the day of use due to customer circumstances, no refunds will be given.
