From how many people is a group considered?

A group is considered to be 15 or more paying guests in total, including adults, children, and toddlers (ages 3 to preschool age) on the day of your visit.
*Advance reservation is required (at least 3 days prior).

If the number of participants on the day is 14 or fewer, will the group rate not apply?

If the number of participants on the day is 14 or fewer, the group rate will not apply and the general admission rate will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Where is the group reception located?

It is located to the right side of the ticket booth at the Main Gate.
At the group reception, we will hand over tickets, process payments, and provide guidance on facility usage.

Do all members need to purchase the same type of ticket for SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK?

It is fine if the types of tickets are mixed.

Can you send the SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK attraction tickets in advance?

We do not send tickets in advance. They will be handed over at the group reception upon your arrival on the day.

Regarding the use of lunch tickets, can they be used for menus other than the lunch ticket menu if an additional fee is paid?

You cannot use any menu other than lunch tickets for an additional fee.
Only the limited menu for lunch tickets is available.

Can I receive allergy information in advance for the park restaurant's lunch ticket menu?

Based on the ingredient lists of each menu, we have prepared a chart indicating the presence or absence of the 8 specified allergens (egg, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts, walnuts).
*This is not an allergy response chart.

Does the park restaurant have special menus for allergies?

Putti Town Kitchen offers a low-allergen menu.

Are there any vouchers that can be used for purchasing attraction tickets, souvenirs, or meal payments?

There is a 500yen voucher available.
Available at various facilities such as attractions, hotels, and restaurants.
When using for attractions, please exchange it for an attraction ticket at the ticket booth under the clock tower inside the park.
* Vending machines are not available.
No change will be given.
The validity period of the voucher is 6 months from the month of issue.

Is it possible to have an announcement made inside the park?

We accept requests for announcements inside the park at any time. Please contact the Main Information Center on the day of your visit.

If a photographer accompanies the group, is an additional photography fee required?

If a photographer accompanies the group, a flat photography fee of 2,100yen per company is required.
Please pay the photography fee at the group reception upon arrival.

Where can I obtain information materials about nearby public health centers, hospitals, and other facilities?

We will send you the facility list by email or postal mail.

If I lose various tickets or vouchers, can they be reissued?
※Admission tickets, attraction tickets, lunch tickets, vouchers, etc.

Reissuance is not possible. You will need to purchase again.

Are there any attractions where participants using wheelchairs can ride while remaining in their wheelchairs?

Run-run Balloon and Circuit Wheel can be used while remaining in a wheelchair.
If guests with physical disabilities are visiting as a group, please be sure to contact the Group & Sales Office in advance and conduct a preliminary inspection.
