How many people are required for group treatment?
A group is considered to be 15 or more paying guests in total, including adults, children, and toddlers (ages 3 to preschool age) on the day of your visit.
*Advance reservation is required (at least 3 days prior).
When using SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK
1. If you are arriving by sightseeing bus,
please enter through the bus and taxi gate in front of the Main Gate.
After getting off the bus, please complete the procedures at the group reception to the right of the ticket booth.
2. If you are arriving by passenger car
Please enter through the parking gate, and follow the instructions of the parking staff to park your vehicle in an available parking space.

Where is the group reception area?
It is located to the right of the ticket booth at the Main Gate.
At the group reception, we will hand over tickets, process payments, and provide guidance on facility usage.
Do all members have to purchase the same type of ticket for SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK?
It is fine if the types of tickets are mixed.
Can you send me the attraction tickets for SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK in advance?
We do not send tickets in advance. They will be handed over at the group reception upon your arrival on the day.
Regarding the use of lunch tickets, can they be used for other menu items if an additional fee is paid?
You cannot use any menu other than lunch tickets for an additional fee.
Only the limited menu for lunch tickets is available.
Can I get allergy information in advance about the lunch ticket menu at the park restaurant?
Based on the ingredient lists of each menu, we have prepared a chart indicating the presence or absence of the 8 specified allergens (egg, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts, walnuts).

Does the park restaurant have special menus for children and students with allergies?
Putti Town Kitchen offers a low-allergen menu.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to use it.
Are there gift certificates available for purchasing attraction tickets, souvenirs, or meals?
There is a 500yen voucher available.
Available at various facilities such as attractions, hotels, and restaurants.
When using for attractions, please exchange it for an attraction ticket at the ticket booth under the clock tower inside the park.
* Vending machines are not available.
No change will be given.
The validity period of the voucher is 6 months from the month of issue.
Is it possible to have an announcement made in the park?
We are accepting announcements within the park at any time. Please make your request at the Main Information Center on the day of your visit.
Is a separate photography fee required if a photographer accompanies the group?
If a photographer accompanies the group, a flat photography fee of 2,100yen per company is required.
Please pay the photography fee at the group reception upon arrival.
Where can I obtain information about the nearest health center or hospital facilities?
We will send you the facility list by email or postal mail.
If I lose various tickets or gift certificates, can they be reissued?
※Admission tickets, attraction tickets, lunch tickets, vouchers, etc.
Reissuance is not possible. You will need to purchase again.
There are participants using wheelchairs in the group, but are there any attractions that can be accessed while remaining in the wheelchair?
Run-run Balloon and Circuit Wheel can be used while in a wheelchair.
If there are customers with physical disabilities in your group, please contact us in advance.
If customers with physical disabilities (groups) will be using the facility, please be sure to conduct a preliminary inspection.
