    Accommodation Rates and Details

    ★This plan allows you to stay from check-in on August 23 (Sat) until as late as 10:00 PM on August 24 (Sun).
    ★During your stay, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA for free as many times as you like.
    　*Please check the information at the bottom of the page for business hours.
    ★You may keep your car parked at your site until 10:00 PM on August 24 (Sun).
    　*Please complete the tent removal by 8:00 PM, taking into account the lights-out time.
    ★The number of vehicles allowed per campsite reservation is limited to one car (or two motorcycles).
    　If you arrive with two or more vehicles, please purchase advance parking tickets for the second and subsequent vehicles separately. Same-day sales of parking tickets are not available.

      However, if you extend your stay until 11 AM on Monday, an additional bathing tax is required. (The bathing tax is 150 yen per adult.)

    Reservation Method

    ■Pre-sale starts on July 3 (Thu) at 14:00 via internet reservation
    ■Phone reservations accepted from July 22 (Tue) at 9:30.

    • ※Reservations by phone → Payment at the time of check-in on the day.
    • * Waiting list for cancellations for each site will be accepted only through the online application form starting at 9:30 a.m. on July 22 (Tue).
      The application form will be provided around mid-July in the "Reservation Reception Information" page under the section "Reservation Reception for 2025 Race Events".

    Please read before making a reservation

    • ◎Reception (registration and site assignment) on August 23 (Sat) will start from 7:00 AM. >>Management Office Business Hours (PDF: 73KB)
    • ◎After check-in, you will be expected to bring your vehicle into the site immediately. However, if there are guests staying at your desired site from the previous day, you may need to wait until the checkout time (11:00).
    • ◎During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA" as many times as you like for free.

      *The last admission is 30 minutes before each closing time.
      ※ One admission key for "THE SPA" will be lent per site. Please hold the admission key at the entrance to enter.
      Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are available in the facility. (Free)
    • ◎This accommodation plan is by reservation only. There will be no sales on the day.
    • ◎Once the sales limit is reached, we will accept reservations on a waiting list basis, but we will close reservations once a certain number is reached.
    • ◎The location of each site will be accepted in the order of reception on the day. Prior specifications cannot be made.
    • ◎The number of vehicles allowed per campsite reservation is limited to one car (two motorcycles). If you arrive with more than one car, please purchase advance parking tickets for the second and subsequent vehicles separately.
      * There will be no same-day sales of parking tickets.

    • Depending on the size of your vehicle, there is a possibility that you may not be able to park in the designated parking space. If you are planning to visit with a large vehicle such as a camper (self-propelled or towed), please consult us when making your reservation.
    • ◎Customers who make reservations via the internet will have their reservations completed at the time of prepayment by card.
    • ◎Depending on future social conditions and weather, the sales schedule and sales methods may change.
    • ◎After the reservation for the campsite is confirmed, cancellations and refunds for separately purchased advance parking tickets cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Accommodation plans do not include park admission fees or race viewing tickets. Separate ticket purchases are required for park admission and race viewing.
    • ◎There are no charging spaces or power sources for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery.
      Please refrain from using the power outlets in shared spaces such as the kitchen and restrooms.
