About Reception and Check-in on the Day of Your Visit

• ・We will accept check-in procedures starting from the opening time of the Family Camp.
  At check-in, customers will select the site they will use in the order of their arrival.
  You can make the most of your time before check-in by enjoying yourself at SUZUKA CIRCUIT PARK or going out for shopping.

About Using the Site

• ・Please cooperate by keeping quiet from 23:00 to 7:00 the next morning.
• ・Please refrain from bringing pets, except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs, into the venue.
• Please refrain from bringing or using loud items such as generators and CD radios.
• ・Please refrain from using open flames at the campsite.

About Your Car

• ・Dedicated parking spaces are available before and after check-in.
  However, this does not apply during the F1 event period.
• ・Please drive slowly within the campsite.
• ・Each campsite allows parking for one 4-wheel vehicle per site (free of charge).
  Additional vehicles will incur a fee. Since parking inside the campsite is not permitted, please use the Family Camp dedicated parking lot. (Standard car: 2,000yen for 2 days and 1 night per vehicle; 1,000yen added for each additional night per vehicle) *Fees may vary depending on events.
  However, this does not apply during the F1, 8-hour Endurance, and GT race periods.

• If you are arriving in a vehicle larger than a camper, please consult us in advance.
• ・Please refrain from driving onto the grass.
• ・Please refrain from using your vehicle at night (after 23:00) except in emergencies.
• ・Please refrain from idling your vehicle within the campsite.

About Safety Management

• ・In the event of typhoon or strong wind warnings or advisories, as well as on days when strong winds (generally around 7 m/s or more) are forecasted, the campground may be closed or overnight stays may be declined for the safety of our guests.
  In such cases, please understand that we are unable to provide alternative accommodations in advance. ※Based on information from weather forecast sites (https://tenki.jp/), if we determine that it is unsafe for you to stay, we may contact you beforehand. ※No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations due to the above reasons.
• ・To ensure our customers have a comfortable stay, our staff will patrol during the night.
• ・In the event of a disaster or emergency, please follow the staff's guidance to evacuate.
• ・Please take your valuables with you when leaving the site.
• ・We do not accept the storage of ingredients.
• ・Please be very careful when handling fire during campfires or meals to prevent burn accidents.
• If you have any issues outside of the operating hours of the Family Camp management building, please contact the front desk staff at SUZUKA CIRCUIT HOTEL.

About Waste Disposal

• Please separate the trash into the garbage bags provided at the reception and take them to the designated disposal area.
• Please dispose of the charcoal completely extinguished in the designated drum within the cooking facility.
