• ◎Sales Start Date and Time: Internet sales begin on April 24 (Fri) at 14:00
  *From July 3 (Fri) to July 5 (Sun), admission to SUZUKA CIRCUIT requires a ticket to the 2026 FIM World Endurance Championship "Coca-Cola" Suzuka 8 Hours Round 47 event.
• ◎Sales Target: From Friday, July 3, 2026 – 3 nights and 4 days
• ◎Reservation Method: First-come, first-served via internet application (all sites)
  *You can apply for up to 2 sites per person for each application.
  *For internet sales, only advance payment at the time of reservation (credit card / PayPay) is accepted.
  　After payment, your reservation will be complete once the reservation confirmation screen is displayed.
  *Telephone sales will begin accepting reservations from Thursday, June 4, but if fully booked during the internet pre-sale, we will not be able to accept your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
  　For phone sales, your reservation will be completed once you have made the advance payment through the payment system provided by our facility.
  *If fully booked, we will start accepting cancellation waitlist requests from 9:30 on Thursday, June 4.
  　Applications are accepted only through the online request form.

• [Information Regarding Usage]
• ◎Regular check-in time is from 13:00 (from 14:00 for sites with tents), but on July 3 (Fri), you will be able to enter the site immediately after reception. *Only vehicles are allowed to enter sites with tents.
  The reception start time will be provided on the Management Building Business Hours (PDF: 58KB) page.
• ◎For each site reservation, you may park one car in the designated parking space within the campground. Please note that vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked inside the campground. Thank you for your understanding.
  Please purchase advance parking tickets separately. Additionally, up to two 2-wheel vehicles may be parked per site.
• During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA.
  * The available time slots are as follows.
  　July 3 (Fri)・・・14:30～22:00
  　July 4 (Sat), 5 (Sun)・・・6:00～10:30, 14:30～22:00
  　July 6 (Mon)・・・6:00～10:30
  The final admission time for 'THE SPA' is 30 minutes before each closing time.
  * We will lend you one entry card key for "THE SPA" per site.
  Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are provided and available for free use.
• ◎There are no charging spaces for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery, etc.
• If you are using a site with power supply, it is up to 20A (2000W) per site.
  Please use electrical appliances within the range of 20A (2000W).
• ◎The lights-out time for camping guests is 23:00.
  Please be quiet from 23:00 to 7:00 the next morning as there are guests sleeping during this time.

July 3 (Fri) – 3 Nights 4 Days Plan

* When making a reservation, please select the date of July 3 (Fri). This will be a reservation for 3 nights starting from the selected date.
* Various campaign discounts do not apply to this reservation.
* The fee for the 3-night, 4-day plan includes a hot spring tax. (450 yen per adult for 3 nights)

• *4...If you come by motorcycle, you can park up to 2 bikes per site.
• *5... The maximum capacity includes children aged 0 to 2 years. (They are not included in the fee calculation.)
• *6... When making a reservation for 5 or more people that includes infants, the system does not reflect the fee for the children. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please settle the difference at the reception.

• * From July 3 (Fri) to 5 (Sun), admission to SUZUKA CIRCUIT requires a ticket to the 2026 FIM World Endurance Championship "Coca-Cola" Suzuka 8 Hours, 47th edition.
• * A lodging fee is required from age 3.
• * The location of each site will be accepted in the order of reception on the day. Please note that prior specifications cannot be made, thank you for your understanding.
• * One vehicle per site reservation can be parked in the designated parking space within the campground. Vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked within the campground, so thank you for your understanding.
  Please purchase advance parking tickets separately. Additionally, up to two 2-wheel vehicles may be parked per site.
• * Depending on the size of your vehicle, there may be a possibility that you cannot park in the designated parking space. Therefore, customers planning to visit with large vehicles such as campers (self-propelled or towed) are advised to consult at the time of reservation.
• * For customers with reservations, we will send the information guide and parking pass sequentially from around mid-June. Please be sure to enter your means of transportation and the number of vehicles at the time of reservation.
• *Please note that once you have made a reservation for the campsite, cancellations and refunds for separately purchased advance parking tickets cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
