• ◎Sales Date and Time: Sales start from 2:00 PM on May 31 (Sat)
  *From August 1 (Fri) to 3 (Sun), admission to SUZUKA CIRCUIT requires a ticket to the 2025 FIM World Endurance Championship "Coca-Cola" Suzuka 8 Hours 46th Edition.
• ◎Sales Target: 3 nights and 4 days from Fri, August 1, 2025
• ◎Reservation Method: Accepting only via the internet on a first-come, first-served basis (all sites)
  *You can apply for up to 2 sites per person for each application.
  *For online sales, only credit card payment (prepayment) is available.
  *Regarding phone reservations, acceptance will begin at 9:30 AM on July 3 (Thu), but if fully booked through the internet pre-sale, we will not be able to accept reservations by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
  *Regarding the waiting list, applications will be accepted only through the online application form starting at 9:30 AM on July 3 (Thu).
  The application form will be provided around late June in the “Reservation Information for 2025 Race Events” section on the “Information on Accommodation Reservation Reception” page.
• [Information Regarding Usage]
• ◎Check-in time on August 1 (Fri) is from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but you will be able to enter the site immediately after check-in.
  The start time for check-in will be announced in the Management Office Business Hours (PDF: 65KB).
• ◎ The number of parking spaces in the campsite is one car per site reservation. (2 for motorcycles)
  If you have more than 2 cars, please apply for multiple sites or use the surrounding parking lots.
• During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the Natural hot springs THE SPA.
  * The available time slots are as follows.
  　Aug 1 (Fri)・・・14:30–22:00
  　Aug 2 (Sat), 3 (Sun)・・・6:00–10:30, 14:30–22:00
  　Aug 4 (Mon)・・・6:00–10:30
  The final admission time for 'THE SPA' is 30 minutes before each closing time.
  * We will lend you one entry card key for "THE SPA" per site.
  Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are provided and available for free use.
• ◎There are no charging spaces for shared mobile devices. Please reserve a site with power or prepare a mobile battery, etc.
• If you are using a site with power supply, it is up to 20A (2000W) per site.
  Please use electrical appliances within the range of 20A (2000W).
• ◎The lights out time for camping guests is 11:00 PM.
  Please be quiet during the hours of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM as there are guests who are sleeping.

August 1 (Fri) – 3 Nights 4 Days Plan

* When making a reservation, please select the date of August 1 (Fri). This will be a reservation for 3 nights starting from the specified date.
* Various campaign discounts do not apply to this reservation.
* The fee for the 3-night, 4-day plan includes a hot spring tax. (450 yen per adult for 3 nights)

• *3... Accessories: Tent x1, Tent mat x1, Tarp x1, Table x1, Chairs/Sleeping bags x4, Lantern x1, Extension cord (10m) x1, Circulator x1
• *4...If you come by motorcycle, you can park up to 2 bikes per site.
• *5... The maximum capacity includes children aged 0 to 2 years. (They are not included in the fee calculation.)

• * A lodging fee is required from age 3.
• * Reservations are required. There will be no sales on the day, so thank you for your understanding.
• * For customers with reservations, information letters and parking passes will be sent sequentially from around mid-July. Please be sure to enter your means of transportation and the number of vehicles at the time of reservation.
• * Once the sales limit is reached, we will accept reservations on a waitlist basis, but we will close reservations once a certain number is reached.
• * The location of each site will be accepted in the order of reception on the day. Please note that prior specifications cannot be made, thank you for your understanding.
• * One vehicle per site reservation can be parked in the designated parking space within the campground. Vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked within the campground, so thank you for your understanding.
  Additionally, please purchase advance parking tickets or use nearby parking lots. Also, for 2 wheels, you can park up to 2 vehicles per site.
• * Depending on the size of your vehicle, there may be a possibility that you cannot park in the designated parking space. Therefore, customers planning to visit with large vehicles such as campers (self-propelled or towed) are advised to consult at the time of reservation.
• * Customers who make reservations online will have their reservations completed at the time of online payment.
• *If you make a reservation by phone, your reservation will be completed once the usage fee has been transferred.
• *Please note that the sales schedule and methods may change due to future social conditions or weather.
• *Please note that once you have made a reservation for the campsite, cancellations and refunds for separately purchased advance parking tickets cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
