This is a space where you can feel Honda's commitment to victory and the refined technology developed for it, through the exhibition of beautiful historical machines and power units (engines) that have competed in actual races, centered around Formula 1, the pinnacle of Motorsports, which Honda has been challenging for 60 years.

B1F Special Exhibition Area / Suzuka 8 Hours Special Exhibition "Honda Koraidon"

During the Suzuka 8 Hours, the "Honda Koraidon" will be unveiled at SUZUKA CIRCUIT.
Also, at the pre-race ceremony on Sunday, August 3, the "Honda Koraidon" will run on the racing course.

■What is Honda Koraidon
Honda Koraidon is a Mirai Mobility shaped like "Koraidon," which can be encountered in the game "Pokémon Scarlet," supervised by The Pokémon Company. Leveraging Honda's experience and unique technology, it faithfully reproduces Koraidon's weight and size almost to actual scale, with meticulous attention to detail. It was first exhibited at Honda Welcome Plaza Aoyama for three days from Friday, March 7 to Sunday, March 9, 2025. Development and production have continued since then, and this time Honda Koraidon will be run for the first time.

■What is the Honda Koraidon Project
In 2024, the Toyota Technical Association created the "Toyota Miraidon" with the message "Adults' serious efforts become children's dreams." Inspired by the passion for craftsmanship behind the "Toyota Miraidon," the "Honda Koraidon Project" was launched with the belief that Honda could create a Koraidon that is uniquely Honda. The project members are about 40 volunteers gathered through an internal recruitment from the motorcycle and power products divisions as well as the Advanced Technology Research Institute. Under the slogan "Honda's serious efforts become children's dreams," the project applies the design philosophy and simulation technologies cultivated by Honda's motorcycle business. Additionally, it incorporates advanced balance control technologies from the Advanced Technology Research Institute to pursue the Koraidon appearing in the game world as the ultimate form of mobility envisioned by Honda.

■What is Koraidon
Koraidon is a legendary Pokémon that appears in "Pokémon Scarlet," released in 2022. Koraidon, who is also the partner that travels and grows together with the protagonist, can change its form depending on the situation. In addition to walking on all fours (restricted form), it regains abilities as the story progresses, such as running swiftly using its powerful limbs (swift form), swimming at high speed (swimming form), and soaring through the sky riding the wind (aerial form), allowing it to carry the protagonist to various places.
