Please be careful of heatstroke

Recommended Clothing

  • (1) Hat
The sunlight becomes quite strong, so a hat is a must. A wide-brimmed hat is recommended.
  • (2) Sunglasses
It is recommended to prepare to protect your eyes from the glare of the sun and ultraviolet rays so that you can comfortably watch the race.

  • (3) Bag
A backpack is recommended as it can hold many items such as heat countermeasure goods and souvenirs, and keeps your hands free. Also, a smartphone shoulder bag or waist pouch that allows easy access to your phone is convenient to have.
  • (4) Tops
Even when the temperature is high, it is recommended to wear tops that do not get direct sunlight or short sleeves with arm covers to protect against UV rays and sunburn.
  • (5) Bottoms
Choose bottoms that also block sunlight, such as those that don't get direct sun exposure, or shorts with leg covers, according to your preference.
  • (6) Shoes
For race viewing, we highly recommend comfortable, well-broken-in shoes that are easy to walk in. Even if it's hot, sandals are not recommended. If you plan to use the pool, it's okay to bring sandals separately in addition to your comfortable walking shoes.

Recommended Items to Bring

  • (1) Sunscreen
Apply sunscreen thoroughly before going out in the summer. Be sure to bring some with you for reapplication on site.
  • (2) Parasol
Recommended to block direct sunlight. However, since there are restrictions on the admission area where it can be used, please check the admission area in advance. →About the Admission Area
  • (3) Heat Countermeasure Items
Handheld fans, sweat wipes, cooling towels, and the like are recommended.
  • (4) Towels
An essential item for wiping sweat on hot days and rainwater on rainy days. Larger ones with hoods are also useful for sun protection.
  • (5) Raincoat / Poncho
For rain protection, a raincoat or poncho is recommended as it takes up less space than an umbrella and keeps both hands free. Even if it seems like there won't be much rain, it's a good idea to have one ready just in case the weather changes suddenly.
  • (6) Plastic Bags
Useful for storing towels or clothes that have gotten wet from sweat or rain. Since they come in handy in many situations, bring several large, durable ones.
  • (7) Seat Cushion
For chairs exposed to the sun or those that may be wet, where you might sit for long periods, a portable folding seat cushion is recommended.

Recommended Items to Bring for an Even More Enjoyable Viewing Experience

  • (1) Water Bottle
Of course, you can bring drinks from home, but it is also recommended to purchase from vending machines within the SUZUKA CIRCUIT facilities and bring plenty of ice so you can always stay hydrated with cold drinks. Don't forget to hydrate frequently.
  • (2) Change of Clothes
It's not a bad idea to bring them along for when you sweat or because the pool at Suzuka Circuit is also available in the summer.
  • (3) Swimsuit
With a spectator ticket, you can also use the pool, so don’t forget if you plan to use it.
  • (4) Mobile Battery
Since there are few or no places to charge your devices outdoors all day, having one mobile battery with you will give you peace of mind.
  • (5) Earphones
Of course, you can use them during short waiting times, but if they have noise-canceling features, they can also serve as earplugs!
